Janis has been licensed for 40 years as a real estate Broker with numerous designations, including the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI, (Graduate REALTOR®) SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Rep), and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations. She is the past East District Vice President of the Idaho REALTORS® and recipient of many accomplished awards, including the prestigious Certified Resident Specialist of the Year for Idaho.

Janis is a past President and REALTOR® of the Year recipient of the Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS®. She is a Certified Real Estate Instructor by the Idaho Real Estate Commission, having authored and developed many courses for continuing education credit. She also holds the CDEI designation (Certified Distance Education Instructor), having helped pioneer Remote Delivery classes in Idaho.

For the past 19 years, she has been teaching pre-license and continuing education courses. She has also coached hundreds of new & seasoned agents to highly-successful real estate careers. In addition, Janis is the Designated Broker for the EnVision Referral Network, Inc., an Idaho corporation assisting inactive agents in capitalizing on their former real estate careers.

With over 50 years in the real estate business, Chris Mooney is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Association of REALTORS® in Nampa. He has been an Idaho Real Estate Commission certified instructor for more than 30 years, teaching Prelicense, Broker, and continuing education courses, as well as authoring many others. He is only one of two instructors in the state of Idaho currently certified to teach the Post License course, “Introduction to Commercial Real Estate”. He also holds the CDEI designation (Certified Distance Education Instructor) for Remote Delivery classes in Idaho.

Aaron is an Idaho native and grew up in Southeast Boise. He attended Boise High School and then served a mission for his church in Milan, Italy for two years. After returning, he started college at BSU Idaho and graduated with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Illustration. Aaron met his sweetheart Corie, a native of Emmett, Idaho at BSU. They have five children – one girl and four boys – and now live in Meridian. As a family, they love the outdoors and all that Idaho has to offer. Aaron enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, mountain biking, camping, and enjoying life with family and friends.

After graduating college, he started his real estate career in 2006 with Keller Williams Realty. In 2010, he moved his license to The Silvercreek Real Estate Group while still selling real estate full-time. In that same year, he became the recruiter for Silvercreek and held that position until the fall of 2018. Aaron has now aligned his passion for teaching with the Idaho College of Real Estate. He is currently the Owner/Broker of Idaho Life Real Estate. He loves real estate and working with other agents.

Ron has been licensed since 1977. Ron has earned numerous industry designations including ABRM (Accredited Buyer Representative Manager), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and e-Pro. He is past President of the Boise Regional Association of REALTORS®, and a past State Director.

He is also a lifetime member of the Circle of Excellence Honor Society which recognizes agents for sales production, trade association involvement, and civic service. Industry awards include the Distinguished Service Award, given every year by the Boise Regional Association of REALTORS® to a select number of REALTORS® for service to the community and the real estate industry.

He is a past recipient of the REALTOR® of the Year award, the highest honor bestowed upon a member of the Boise Regional Association of REALTORS®. This award recognizes one honoree a year for community service, exemplary client service, and contribution to the real estate industry.
